I created this effect using Adobe Photoshop. This was done but creating a layer of me, which was the background, then using the polygon tool to select an area where I wanted the section to be moved. After copying and pasting it into a new layer, I moved it out of its place a bit and changed the angle to give a better effect. I then repeating this many times in different sections of the image.
